I've placed my order, now what?

All our items are custom printed to order. Not only is this amazing for the environment, it means that as soon as you place an order with us, it is whizzed to our fulfilment labs to be printed, packaged and shipped. You receive your item fresh from the production line. Win win.

When will my order arrive?

We print and fulfill all our products on demand once you place an order. When you place your order, your order is created and printed in one of our hand-picked fulfilment centres across the world depending on your location to get your item to you as quickly as possible.

Please see below guide on delivery times. This takes into account, fulfilment to print and create your item, packaged and then shipped to you at regular times.

Sweatshirts, Hoodies and T-Shirts: 5-10 business days

Stickers: 3-5 business days

Face Masks: 3-5 business days

We always aim to have your item to you sooner than above, although as you can imagine at this time, these times can be slightly longer than this. We aim to keep you informed throughout the fulfilment process and you will receive an additional email when your item has been shipped straight from the printer.

If you require your item for a specific date for a gift etc, please ensure to order over and above the standard shipping times to receive your order as soon as possible. We can not be be held responsible for partner fulfilment delays as this is out with our control!

Can I return my item?

Absolutely. Your item will arrive with a return label in the very rare chance that there is a problem with your order. If you have any other issues, please do not hesitate to contact us here or on Instagram!
